三、视频上传与用户互动 | Video Uploads and User Interactions
两年半不开放用户上传视频。用户不得通过账户、评论或其他功能上传、发布或传播视频，也不得绕过页面功能限制。评论、收藏等互动功能仅可按页面规则使用；用户提交的评论应合法，不得侵犯他人权利或包含违法内容。
